True Blue Title was created with the goal of innovating the title industry and moving it into the 21^st century. Today, people do business differently than they did even 5 years ago. True Blue serves the contemporary needs of real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers while still offering a high level of personal support.

Around the Tampa Bay area, we host and sponsor real estate “Pitch Sessions” for networking—creating more business for all through collaboration.
We work together to support, develop, and promote one another’s goals. Both our partners and customers have direct contact with True Blue owners as well as the business development and fulfillment teams.

We love the Tampa Bay area and our home state of Florida. We strive to support local organizations and charities that make this amazing state even greater.
We participate in Homes for Heroes through discounted settlement fees for qualified heroes.
Support local charities that have a proven impact on our local community such as: Largo Recreation, Habitat for Humanity, and Johns Hopkins All Children Hospital.
